Marie's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Marie here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
It saddens me to find her in the list of obituaries. Marie was a true blessing in my children’s life as a dance teacher. She always saw the true potential in the children even if the kids did not believe in themselves. There is no doubt the lord has a special place as he called her home. I pray that the family find comfort in knowing that Marie was kind to every soul she touched and god will reward her with many blessings. No matter how bad the situation was she always find a way to make it work. Rest in peace beautiful Marie.

My deepest condolences and sympathy for Marie’s passing, my heart goes out to her family and all those dear and near to her.
Soon after we met, Marie told me all about the wonderful life she was planning. Together with Paul that wonderful life came true.

Dear Paul, We are deeply saddened by the passing of your dear Marie. Our heartfelt sympathy and prayers are with you and your family. Tho' it has been many years, we cherish fond memories of your Marie and my Karen as new moms with our toddlers in tow. Your friendship and support during the stressful years of law school were greatly valued. We were so proud and happy to witness your success as a jurist, as was Marie. May the faith that you shared with Marie, be a comfort and a great blessing forever for you and your children of every generation.

Marie maybe gone but she will always be in our hearts. Hopefully, she and Aurelio will meet again in their eternal home. Please note that we have fond memories of your family especially when you stay with us on your summer vacation when you moved to DC and as our children were growing up together.

My deepest sympathy to you, Paul, Paul, Jr., Elizabeth and Theresa. I was shocked to find out that Marie passed on to eternal life. I occasionally see her at 11:00 Mass at St. Bernard's that she at times was the lector, while you Paul was the Usher. The last time I saw her was sometime last year when my children, Anne and Angelica were in town. We got to talk to her at that Sunday Mass. May you all find comfort, consolation and peace in God's love and mercy. May our loving Merciful Father grant Marie the joy of eternal peace and happiness and the joy of eternal light in her soul in God's Presence and in the glory of God's heavenly kingdom.

Marie was a fantastic teacher and friend. At RV she strived to challenge her students and motivated them to succeed. I loved working under her care and guidance. She always had a smile on her face, and helped other staff members to be the best they could be. She was a great lady. And will surely be missed.

I’m a former student of her at RV. She was an amazing teacher and believed in all of us. She was so proud when I got into my dream college. The mustang community has lost a good one and I send my condolences to her family.

As one of her students, I will never forget her eighth grade history class where a class discussion on the Oregon Trail led to her giving us the challenge to write a book. She encouraged an interest, and in a way, gave me permission, to pursue what has become a lifelong passion of writing, and for that she will always hold a special place in my heart

Dear Paul and family: I was surprised and saddened to read of Marie's passing. She was such fun to volunteer with at elementary school events. I know she was a true creative force wherever she taught, bringing energy, insight, and enthusiasm to all her classes. What a great role model for her students, and a lovely wife and mother she was. Please know that Marie is fondly remembered, and prayers will be said on her behalf and yours. Peace to all of you.
