Although I hadn't seen "Big Jerry" for years I remember him from when I was a kid. He was funny and always nice to us and I'm very very sorry to hear of his passing. He's another one gone much too soon. Our condolences to the family on this tremendous loss.

I lost contact with Gerry many many years ago. But as a fellow 1977 classmate I remember him fondly. I have often told friends about the piano player with huge biceps and an even bigger smile.
