Sorry for your loss. Mrs. Lay was a good neighbor and friend to the Cassidy's. We would hear a knocking at the back door and in
she would come only stay about 5 minutes and be gone once and a while she would have a cup of coffee. One of my favorite stories ...Mrs. Lay and mom
(Helen) would go for rides in the evening getting an ice cream, driving by the beach, with the phone book... checking out where people lived. We laughed and called them stalkers. They made their own entertainment. They were good friends and always had something to talk about.
