Francis and family:
Just learned of your loss.  In these times, holding on to each other, the support of your family and loved ones will see you through.
Roy was a fun loving guy and will be missed by so many.  (The stories that Pete and his Mom used to tell us about the good 'ole days when they all worked together at the Rubber  Company!)
My goodness, all those grandchildren and great-grandchildren!  He truly has left his legacy here to carry and live on for him.
May you find peace in knowing that he would have wanted you to go on for him.

My sweet handsome Papa...you have lived a long life but it just doesn't seem long enough to me. I will miss your smiles, your story of how "When you went to Florida and came back to Michigan I wanted nothing to do with you as a baby (you know us Brooks are stubborn) and your love for your family. You have been a wonderful Papa my entire life. You were talented with making crafts and always had a story to tell. I can't wait to see you again and when we do see each other you will no longer be in pain anymore and will be back to your silly ways. I love you more than anything. I am glad I will always have a part of you with me- my blue eyes. :) And to my Dear Granny- I love you so much and will be up to see you within the next couple of days. Papa, I still wear your shirt to bed and I cant help but look at where Granny wrote your name in the back of the shirt. I miss you lots today...I miss you lots every day. The family doesn't seem the same without you. If I could just had one more day with you when you where back to your old self happy and well; I would pay anything. I'm coming to see you and get you our favorite flowers to put on your grave. Very soon! No one can ever replace the man you were to me, to everyone. You were my Papa. I love you...

Papa- I miss you so much :( I talked to Granny a long time today and she was happy to hear from me. We talked about you today....I think about you so very often and my heart is sad. I will always be your baby Tonnie that loved and loves her Papa very much. I miss hearing your voice..... I feel like this is the closest I can get to you since I live so far from Michigan so I write on here just so you know I will always be thinking about you and missing you like crazy XOXOXO
