My prayers are with your family and friends as you go through this difficult time. Murder is not God's will but His word says that to be absent from the body is to be in the presence of the Lord. Lean on God for understanding. Jesus said He leaves us a comforter and that is the Holy Spirit. I know that this is true. God bless you.

We extend to you our heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your loved one. We were deeply saddened when we received the news. Although our schedules will not permit us to be in attendance at the funeral, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with the Smith family. We have approached God's throne on your behalf and we know he will give you the strength you need to make it through this difficult time. Although Cordell did not play basketball for Ken, we are all part the Covert Basketball Family and what a strong family that is. Be blessed, Coach Jackson and Debra

To the Family of Cordell Madden: Please accept our love and deepest sympathy for the loss of your son. Please know that we are thinking of you and praying for you every minute. In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, death has been swallowed up in victory. Therefore, we have assurance that will continue to give us strength to endure all grief and sorrow. Confidently, we can say, “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?… But thanks be to God! He gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1Cor 15:55-57 Essie and Sakita Taylor

Fred, I wish I could help some how to ease your pain, I have faith in Christ and the promise of heaven and an easier wonderful place to come where we can all be together eternally, I will pray and ask that He makes your life a place of joy again and this draws you closer to our maker, its harsh and who can know why these things happen, but God,please don't turn away from Him,but draw closer, it will help you with your pain and I found out in a similar situation that He is the answer to all pain ,and has not left you, even though it might seem like it sometimes. My prayers are truly with you my friend.
