Dear Family, I trooped with Larry at Flat Rock. I found him to be a very affable and pleasant person with whom to work. I had always wondered what happened to the "Blue Max" as we called Larry. God Bless you, all.

To The family: As a young Sgt at the So Haven Post, Larry made my transition from Trooper to Sergeant very easy. His knowledge of the area and residents was a great asset. He will be greatly missed by me and I'm sure the others who worked with LARRY at So Haven. You have my deepest sympathy.

Apparently Frank had not changes since I was in Recruit School with him as he was a jokester then and always made you smile when you thought you may not make it thru the school. He always gave it his all during those tested weeks of police training. Lance

Larry was a good friend of mine with whom I enjoyed working when he Trooped out of 55 and I was with SHPD back in the 70s and 80s. He and Frank White were the scourge of any wrongdoer on the midnight shift out of there! RIP, Larry. You are missed, brother.
