So very sorry to hear Bill has passed. I worked with him for several years at GTE in Hartford along with Holly Hiatt and Don Yager. We had a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. I remember Bill (who we fondly called Little Bit) loved Blue Grass music. Don, Bill and Paul S. would get together occasionally at lunchtime and have a little jam session in the Hartford C.O. Lots of memories. My heartfelt sympathies to his family.

LinDa, Patrice, Keith and families, I worked at GTE with Bill, whom I fondly called, ‘Willie Bill’, for many years, both while as a repair clerk and later as a dispatcher. He was a wonderful man, happy, friendly, and respectful. I loved interacting with hm on a daily basis, and talked with him like my adopted brother, of whom he was the same age. My Dad, Bud Otto and Bill had been friends for years, as Linemen (GTE) and often shared military anecdotes or talked farm stuff when conversing, He was a wonderful soul who will surely be missed by all, but most especially you, I am so very sorry for you all, but remember the smiles and quick wit always.
