Prayers for all the Warren Family. Sorry for your loss. I worked at Leco for 25 years. Bob was always polite and friendly to his employee's. He will be missed by his family, friend's employee's, and all of the St Joseph community.

To the warren family. Bob stopped to look at a small tractor I had for sale in front of my house one day a few years ago. Before I ever gave him a price he said he would take it and to drop it off at his house. I said ok but who are you? He pulled the cigar from his mouth and laughed then told me who he was. I truly was surprised a man like Bob Warren was interested in a 60 year old IH tractor. But he began to tell me about life as a kid and how he used a tractor just like it when he was 14 years old. Over the years he would stop by to just talk or drop off a box of candy for my wife or to have me check out a new car he just got. Bob and I never ran in the same circle but he was my friend and a fine man I'm honored to have known. Sorry for your lose.

To the Warren Family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Mr. Warren was a terrific person to work for indirectly. I had the pleasure of working at Pier 33 Marina for over fifteen years. Many cigars left on my desk and some great conversations. When it came time to move on elsewhere it took me six months to get the courage to do so, because of Mr. Warren, he was so good to me. I will carry some terrific memories of this amazing individual.

Elizabeth, boys, I am so sorry to hear of the loss to your family. Bob was a close family friend. I remember the days on our beach when we all were young and Bob and Elizabeth were dating. I remember the great Christmas Parties. You have my deepest sympathies.

Elizabeth & Family, I have fond memories of Bob Warren sitting in my living room talking with my dad, Warren Henke, about working at BH Malleable. My dad thought so very much of Carl and was very excited to be working with the new young guy, Bob Warren. My dad loved playing golf with Bob and thought that he was one of the most brilliant young men that he had ever come into contact with. May he rest in peace and God bless you all. He will truly be missed. Debbie Henke Davis

There are many small memories that I have of Mr. Warren throughout my time at LECO / Pier 33 but the most memorable is when he walked up to me at my cubicle at LECO just after the division I was working for had disbanded. He said, "let's go for a ride". I was very nervous whenever he was around as it was so this was a bit over the top. He ended up driving me down to Pier 33 and introducing me to Dave & Cheryl Northrop who were running Pier 33 at the time (1990). After I accepted their offer to start at Pier 33 the following Monday, I was feeling rather relieved that I still had a job. I then realized that I did not have a ride back to LECO where my car was parked. Mr. Warren had dropped me off, introduced me and went on with his day. I then had to ask my new bosses for a ride to my car. Although I was nervous on that day there are a lot of laughs had when I share the story with others. Thank you for giving me a long-lasting fun memory Mr. Warren. May you rest in peace. My sympathies to the entire Warren Family. Wishing you strength and peace while going through this difficult time.

My fondest memory of Mr. Warren will always be when one day he walked by me on his way to Craig's office and said "Good Morning Sophie". 21 years later some still call me that jokingly and I still smile about it. I am very thankful for being employed at a great company and I job I enjoy and I owe it to The Warren family. I know the Service Department will miss his daily visits and his colorful socks. Prayers to the entire family.

Carl and all the Warren family---I always remember your Dad as being very sharp, competitive and calculating...he seemed to know a little bit about everything. I remember him especially from the 1980's when he built the Pier 33 marina and the constant upgrades of offshore boats because of a certain local offshore boater with a 30' Scarab....lots of good memories out on the water back then. Anyway, my sympathy and thoughts go out to you and your family during this difficult time. Thank you for your kindness towards me over the years, Carl. The best thing I believe I can tell you during this difficult time is that God loves us all and that our only hope of eternal salvation is in Jesus Christ. John 3:3,7,16 Romans 10:9,10,13 God bless you and all your family.

I never met Mr. Warren personally, however one of his longtime assistants gave me my first laptop (with his permission) to use in my business. Even though it was used it worked like new and I was able to become more efficient and pass it on to my son. Extremely generous gesture from a man that didn't even know me; Thank You again Mr. Warren, may you rest in peace.

Oh what good memories working for Mr. Warren. Never knew what the day would bring but without a doubt it would always be interesting, challenging and fun. I feel privileged and blessed to have been able to work under Mr. Warren's tutelage, he always inspired people to want to do their best because that's what he always gave, his best. Mr. & Mrs. Warren have always given back to their employees and community without fail and unfortunately we don't say thank you often enough. So thank you and May God Bless.

Truly a larger than life amazing individual and friend. Outside of my own Father, Bob had a larger impact on my life than any other man. Today my heart aches with his passing, my memories and Bob stories will last a lifetime, including the fact he was the Best Man in my wedding 26 years ago. All my Love and Prayers for Elizabeth and the family
