Dear Diana and Family, Although we are not home at this time we both we so saddened to hear of Dick’s passing! What a wonderful tribute to him! Please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time!

My family and I offer our deepest sympathy to Diana, Beth, Richard and Robert. In many ways Dick and I "grew up" together, shared a mutual birthday ... our families were extremely close. Our sympathy to Diana and Dick's family. She has always been a very close friend and we wish her all the best. Dick's mother was one of the sweetest people I ever knew and we really loved her. I admired Dick in many ways. He was a very talented guy. I wasn't that familiar with his military service but we thank him for that too. Rest in Peace Dick.
