Such a sad news when we got to know Pallavi's tragic passing away. We had just a few moments of interaction with her being my daughter's batch mate at NID, India. Our memory is a gentle, an always smiling young lady with frizzy hair.
Our very deepest and sincere condolences to her Husband, Children and Parents at this void in their lives. We pray that they find comfort and solace in the cherished memories of her. May her soul Rest in Eternal Peace.

My Dearest Pallu,
I am eternally grateful for the friendship we've shared. Looking back, I feel I was so lucky to have you by my side as we navigated our college years together - a phase of exploring the ‘real world’ and carving out our little space in this world. You anchored me and held me together through all the laughter and tears we’ve shared as we tried to figure out our lives as young adults. You made me want to be a better person, push my boundaries and trust myself.
I have always been so so proud of you. You powered through every challenge that life sent your way and turned every difficulty into an opportunity to evolve into a better version of yourself. It has been an honor to be a part of your life and witness your journey from being the young 18 year olds that we met as to the strong, beautiful woman you had grown into - a loving wife, a doting mother and a brilliant professional. With your passing away, it feels like I have lost an irreplaceable piece my heart.
Nipun, Vivaan, Viraaj, Kaka, Kaki and Sameer I know that there aren’t enough words in this world to help make sense of the loss that has come our way but I know that the goodwill that Pallu has left behind will carry you all through.

From all of us at The National Institute of Design, we want to honour the memory of Pallavi—an extraordinary woman whose passion for creativity touched each of our lives. Her infectious smile lit up every room, and her boundless imagination was a gift to everyone who knew her. Pallavi’s unmatched illustration skills brought ideas to life with emotion and her extraordinary ability to turn even simple sketches into masterpieces.
We will always treasure the memories we shared in the hostel—nights filled with love, laughter, and, sometimes, tears. Those moments of togetherness, brainstorming ideas, and supporting one another will forever remain etched in our hearts.
Pallavi, you were more than a friend—you were family. Your kindness and warmth left an indelible mark on all of us. To Pallavi’s family especially her two beautiful children, we extend our deepest condolences. Know that she lives on in the lives she touched and the art she created.
With love and heartfelt sympathy,

Your entire JJ batch, your dean, professors, teachers and friends, all of us. We will miss you Pallavi. You were one of a kind. A gem.

Pallvi was creative, talented and humble human being. This was evident from her school days. In some of the drawing competition, subject given was progress of our country! She drew beautiful picture: Begger was sitting on the roadside and Aeroplane was flying in the sky , on his head. She dipicted both Poverty and Progress , existed at that time ( 28-30 yrs before) in one drawing and that shows Great Thought was applied before the Drawing of the picture. Got prizes, awards, accolades and admiration for her Art.
Parents, In-Laws, Nipun and all other Family members, Please accept our Heartfelt Condolences and try to be in the Balance State for Vivan and Viraj!
Praying God to give strength to all of you to bear the loss and let her Soul get Peace and Sadgati ! OM SHANTI OM SHANTI ! 🙏🏻🙏🏻💐💐💔

Pallavi and I shared the same classroom from kindergarten to Grade 10. I will forever be indebted to her for helping me out with my studies on countless occasions. Coincidentally, she is also the inspiration from where I got my handwriting. It was in grade 6, when we were working on the class magazine together and all the content had to be hand-written into the class journal. Given Pallavi's artistic exploits, she was the obvious candidate for doing the writing. However, our teacher asked me to share the load a bit, while insisting that I try to write more like Pallavi's, to preserve the aesthetics. This triggered a copy-cat exercise for me, at the end of which, my own hand-writing seemed to have permanently adopted some of her artistic flavors - a story I repeat whenever I get compliments on my handwriting. I will always cherish this gift. She was clearly a person with the power to leave her mark on those around her, with a humble, caring, and an ever-smiling persona. I bow to her spirit and pray for her soul to find it's peace.

On December 8, 2024, fate cast a dark shadow over the Manjrekar and Devlekar families. Pallavi left us all and went to her grave. Her sudden, accidental death spread tragedy everywhere. Her sudden death is unbelievable.
No one had any idea that our good-natured, cultured, loving, smiling, friendly, and intelligent Pallavi would go to her grave so soon.
But it is equally true that nothing can stop us from destiny. What is written in fate is unstoppable.
We are aware of the great blow that Pallavi's death has caused to the Manjrekar and Devlekar families. We will never be able to forget Pallavi. Now we have to accept the bitter truth that we will only have to live in her memory.
Shanti Attya, Pradeep Kaka, Nipun, we also share in your grief. May God give you the strength to bear this grief.
Pallavi, may your departed soul rest in eternal peace. This is my prayer to God. Heartfelt condolences from all Ganesh Aparaj, Prabhakar Parab, Nishikari Nair, Madhu Parab, Sameer Parab, Ankush Parab, Asmita Ghadi, Dinesh Jadhav, Prajakta Singh, Shobha Naik, Sujata Malode and family.

To a very dear friend, -Pallavi
It’s hard to put into words the depth of what I feel. You were more than a friend for the time I had known her. One with a beautiful heart and someone who made the world brighter just by being in it. I’m so grateful for the laughter we shared, the memories we created, and the moments of quiet understanding that needed no words.
Your kindness, your joy, and your unique way of seeing the world will stay with me always. Though you’re no longer here, your spirit lives on in every life you touched, including mine. I miss you more than words can say, but I find comfort knowing you’re at peace.
Rest well, my friend. Until we meet again, you’ll always have a special place in my heart.
With all my love,
