My deepest condolences and sympathy. I had the privilege of working with Maggie at Alight. One of my fondest memories of her was when she and I had a talk about her future career aspirations. There are so many areas of marketing to dive into and we we were working together to develop her career roadmap. To help get us started, I asked her the very cliche question “where do you want to be in 5 years?” And I’ll never forget her answer. She said, “whenever I’m asked this question I always say CEO.” We both smiled and got to work because her passion was as contagious as her dreams were big. We love her spirit and loved having her as a very special part of our team. She will be dearly missed.

I had the distinct honor of being Maggie’s manager during her internship at Aon. Then, I was able to hire her for her first ‘real’ job. Her warmth, kindness & eagerness to learn made such a positive impact on all of us both in & out of the office. I’m grateful to have crossed paths with Maggie. And hope that the good memories give us all comfort. We were the lucky ones. Am so sorry you didn’t get more time with Maggie. Family was often a topic of conversation for us. So, I like to think she misses you too. Sending thoughts & prayers for strength, as you navigate this wrenching loss.

One of my favorite memories of my life was when you invited me to join your 21st birthday celebration in New Orleans. I choose not to think that is was the condo we had!! I also loved being with you in Haiti. Most times when we were together, we laughed about the big flower bill for your wedding flowers that you would be presenting to me…well my dear sweet girl…I tried to keep that promise today. Aunt Nancy said that you were up in heaven laughing your bottom off at my fulfillment of our pact. I adored you and was honored to have such a young person in my life whom I called a friend.

I worked with Maggie at Alight and hired her for her first full-time role and continued to work with her through our time there. She was a bright light, always smiling, kind and thoughtful. She really found her niche supporting webinars. Sending much love and light to Maggie's family and everyone that loved her at this difficult and sad time.

My thoughts are with all of Maggie’s family and friends, new and old. While we haven’t known much of one another’s adult lives in the last ten years, I cherish the memories I made with Maggie, my first best friend. I’ll never forget the day I gathered the courage to talk to her in Donna Klimczak’s living room. The day that started it all. The day we dressed up in Beth’s dress clothes and snapped that iconic photo (I SO wish I could find a copy). Many movie nights and sleepovers featuring chocolate banana shakes and crepes for breakfast. (Maggie introduced me to the movie The Little Princess, which I proceeded to watch repeatedly). Those first three years at Sister Lakes, we spent every recess racing to claim the middle two swings so we could sing and swing the entire time. I’m forever grateful to have been included in so many family occasions: trips (Michigan State, the UP, Sanibel Island), birthday celebrations, and summers at the cottage. Maggie has been taken far too young, and she’ll be missed by so many. She was truly one of a kind. Love to you all.

Maggie and I grew close during my junior and senior year in Dowagiac. Even as a youngster play youth soccer and baseball with her brother Drew, Maggie was always around. Maggie had one of the most infectious laughs and lit up the room where ever she went. No matter if it was spending summers on the lake, band competitions and football games, prom and anything and everything in between, I'm very happy to have shared space with Maggie. My love goes to the Cripe Family and everyone who was close to her

I will always remember our visits to Dowagiac with my family. I remember playing with toys in her bedroom, or all of us kids playing Mario games on the N64 in the basement. I remember the summer days at the lake, and I distinctly remember Maggie and I filling a bucket with water and trying to catch as many minnows as possible. I can't remember the first last time I saw her, probably 10+ years ago, but I can see that she grew into such a beautiful young woman. She left the world far too soon, and her passing is so sorrowful. I feel so deeply for Matt, Beth, and Andrew and as they navigate this loss.
