I have known Leah since grade school. When we were in High School, she dated Steve Strick, and I dated Charlie Fuentes. We were all close friends, and did a lot together. She was the sweetest..R.I.P. my friend. Till we meet again🙏

I have known Leah for about 70 years. Growing up in a small town where everyone knows everyone. She has been a sister for almost 57 years. We have travelled far and wide together with Laura and enjoyed many experiences. Although we didn't spend as much time together as we would have liked, we enjoyed every minute together. One of kindest and thoughtful people you would every meet. I love her with all my heart and will miss her terribly. Until we are together again, I love you Leah.

Leah, I have so many things that come to mind that I could write a book. I couldn't have asked for a better sister. We've had many, many chats over the phone and the times spent together are priceless! I recall so many times we laughed until our bellies hurt, we cried together when we lost our parents and again when our brother, Lynn, passed away from leukemia. We shared many more happy times as we watched our children grow up, as we took trips together and when we were kids sharing our school experiences. We traveled the Upper Penninsula of Michigan and visited our cousin Gretchen in Wisconsin. We had many bear sightings in Tennessee, watched the buffalo herds in Yellowstone and had a snowball fight in June on your birthday in the Grand Teton mountains. We got silly over simple things and worked through more difficult things, but most importantly, whatever we did, it was being together that mattered. I already miss you so much, Leah, and I love you dearly. You added so much joy to my life and I will treasure all the memories as long as I live. Sleep well, dear sister, and when I join you again someday, we will continue our travels together. Love you forever!

I was so surprised to learn of Leah's passing. I remember her so well from grade school through high school, not close friends, but she was always so nice to me, & my brother Roger, & when Roger passed away & I needed a yearbook picture she came through for me. I also enjoyed her Good Morning greeting on facebook every morning. Such a wonderful heart.

We shared our grandchildren with Leah. When they were young we sat by Leah at many of their Little League games. Leah was one of the kindest ladies you would ever meet. She always had a smile for you. She adored her grandchildren & they loved her right back. Our sympathies to Todd, Michelle, Jeremy, Hailey & all of her family. She will be missed.

I am in complete shock learning the news. I honestly don't even know what to say but I do know my heart hurts and was not ready for this to happen. I have so many memories. Too many to share. And I will miss you very much. Please tell my daddy and my brother I love them. I miss you all.
