I worked for Joe for over 20 years at C&S. Over those years I learned things that I still used today. Joe was more than a boss, he was a friend and a mentor. He honestly cared about the people that worked for him, both business wise and personally. If you were having problems outside of work Joe was the first one to offer advise and a helping hand. He was a rare person and I will miss him very much. I owe much of wear I am now to both him and his son Dominick and I will never forget him. Rest in piece my friend.
