Many customers fondly remember Dave’s Prime Rib, a staple in the early years of the restaurant.
Dave was an avid sports fan, a little league coach during his kids younger years, and a lifelong fan of Notre Dame, Chicago Cubs and Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed fishing, but most of all, Dave loved the golf course. An skilled golfer, Dave achieved seven hole-in-ones and earned multiple championships over the years. He especially cherished the time spent with all of his golf friends, especially longtime pal, Kurt Keigley.
