Sherry, Woors cannot express our sadness at the loss of your beloved son. I remember many pleasant chats with him in my State Farm office. He will truly be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this very sad time. Dan and Lynne Farmer

Our son Merle and Daren became fast friends when we moved here back in 2002. I can recall play dates between the boys as us two Mothers would shuffle them back and forth. He was a fine young man. I’m not surprised that he grew up to be such a good man.
Praying for all of those he has left behind.

Big goofy, my kids will always miss their Sasquatch uncle. And I’ll always miss making fun of you for being so damn tall. I appreciate you being there for me and my family after Kris died. You were the best adopted brother that I always wanted and needed. I’ll miss your goofy ass laugh and goofy ass jokes. Now you and Kris need to behave yourselves up there and not get kicked out.
I love you and always will!
-your little adopted sister

We had the privilege of meeting Darren in his teenage years. He often came to our home to hang out with our oldest. He was always so kind and respectful and he loved his Grandfather. We were so deeply saddened to hear of his passing and we have no words for the pain his family must be feeling
