I am so very sorry for your loss, I never met her but she raised a fine bunch of kids.

I am so sorry to hear this news. She was a dear friend. We had so much fun and precious memories - as part of the "gang" - eight couples from church. Quite a few of the group have gone on before me, including my dear Bill. We will all be together some day. God love you all. My love, prayers and thoughts to you all. Betty Russell

So very sorry for your loss!! She (and her family!) was such a large part of our community, and we all referred to her as "Grandma Durkee". My mom was very sad to hear as well, and I will try to bring her to the funeral home if at all possible.....our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family!

I remember Jean from the Lake County Ladies Chorus. I met her at several of our concerts - a wonderful lady. I never had the privilege to sing with her, but others remember her beautiful voice. Rest in peace, but sing with the angels!
