So many memories! We were the best of friends throughout junior high and high school.We talked boys, boys, and future dreams. We played 45's together (she loved the Beatles!).. She shared clothes with me- I was always borrowing her cute clothes (not sure her parents knew about it). We would get ready for dances together- I would iron her hair as she didn't want curly hair- out came the ironing board and she trusted me with a hot iron on her hair! We enjoyed so many fun days and evenings together-We went to the beach (in our bikinis). I have some good photos of us at the beach! A person with a fun loving and kind spirit that lived life to the fullest during her youth. I haven't seen her for many years, but feel a deep loss with her passing. God Bless you Betsy! I have so many fond and fun memories of Betsy and all of the Bennett family. There were several times that Betsy, Winnie Banks Kandolin and Kathy Thaler Pearson and I went to the dances at Benton Harbor and all the laughter and fun we had. Betsy will always be remembered. I've been remembering all the good times the last few days. Christmas afternoons at your house, Christmas Eve in Kibbie, sleepovers and baking all the mixes in the Easy Bake Oven. I will miss Betsy.
