This world has suffered a great loss with the passing of Frank Gilman. His beautiful daughter Phoenix has changed lives and helped so many people and animals because of his influence. He raised an amazing family and touched so many lives without even knowing it. He can rest now.

We have been very fortunate to have Frank and Jean as our next door neighbors in South Haven for over thirteen years. I will miss seeing Frank sitting out on the deck and enjoying the afternoon sun. I will also miss his strong voice telling me how things are and how they should be. All the while I knew there was an incredibly kind and generous soul behind the voice. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jean and all the family and friends that Frank touched. Sincerely, Karen and Michael Biedermann

My wife and I met Frank 7 summers ago. He made South Haven come alive for us and our family. He will always be remembered as a precious part of our life. Frank and his wife were always gracious hosts to a couple of strangers from Illinois. We will truely miss him. John and Chris

Dear Jeanne-my thoughts and prayers are with you today and in the days to come. Delighted to have known Frank even if just through his contacts at the State Farm office. He loved to call and keep us on our toes!

There is a tear in my eye and an ache in my heart - but then I think of Frank when I was growing up at Gull Lake and smile returns to my face. He was a loving and caring man and he will be missed. But as long as his family and friends live, Frank will live on in our memories and our hearts. Live to the family - and god bless. Celeste

My thoughts are with each of you today, and my fondest memories of Frank. He always shared his wonderful smile, and I can still hear him calling me Luke...I remember his way of razing me, and making me feel like I was always welcome and part of the family when I was a kid. I know that he is part of all of you and loved each of you with all his heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Karen
