Cyril's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Cyril here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
The graduating class of 1957 was a close knit group and we enjoyed many reunions over the years. I don't recall Cy ever
attending a reunion (Michigan is a long drive) but he was always in our thoughts and hearts. I was saddened by his passing
and extend my condolences to his wife, Mariann, and his children and grandchildren.

Of all the years I worked at Whirlpool Research, Cy was the one person you could always go to for answers, help whatever it was and he would always help and with a smile. He could be serious, funny (with the little grin) but always had time for anyone. He truly was so devoted to Whirlpool and his job. Have only seen him a few times since we retired but always the same, a great, great guy who will be missed.

Working with Cy while at Whirlpool was a true professional experience. His untiring application of professional knowledge and personal sacrifice was exemplary. There was also time for laughter and good times. May the peace of the Lord be with his family during this most sad time. RIP my old friend.....the many memories will live on.

I am so sorry to hear of Cy's passing. I had the honor of working with Cy at the Clyde Division and I always enjoyed working with him. He always had the best interests of Whirlpool at heart and honesty and integrity were a part of him. Please accept my sincere condolences.
