Vickie L. Braden, 62, of New Buffalo, MI, passed away in LaPorte, IN on Wednesday – Nov. 3, 2021. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sommerfeld Chapel – 15 N. Barton St., New Buffalo, MI.
Vickie was born on March 28, 1959 in Michigan City, IN, to the late Everett and Alma (Ishmael) Braden.
Vickie is survived by her siblings – Linda (William) Sexton of New Buffalo, Patricia (Tom) Herda of Belmont, CA, Sandra (Kevin) Von Ehr of New Buffalo, Everett Braden, Jr. of Florence, WI and Tom (Juanita) Braden of New Buffalo; also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Vickie is preceded in death by a sister – Janet Russell.
A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday – Nov. 20, 11:30am, at the Lighthouse Village Church of God in New Buffalo, with Pastor Anthony Fields officiating. Visitation with the family precedes the service from 10:30am-11:30am, at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Braden family.
