Tonya was born on May 26, 1971, to J. C. & Wanda (Davis) Messick in Tampa, FL. She attended Hunters Lane High School in Madison, TN.
Tonya is survived by her daughter Leslie (Matthew) Carney of White House, TN; granddaughter Sabrina Carney; siblings, Kim (Johnny) Childress of White House, TN, and Ricky Messick of Goodlettsville, TN; and significant of Richard Williams of Decatur, MI.
Tonya was preceded in death by her parents, J.C. & Wanda Messick.
