Susan's Obituary
Susan L. “Sue” Ausra, 66, of Dowagiac, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at her home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Clark Chapel and Cremation services.

Sue was born July 31, 1956, in Dowagiac, to Thomas and JoAnn (Ruple) Ausra. She graduated from Dowagiac High School in 1974. Sue then went on to attend Southwestern Michigan college where she received her Associates Degree. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years before she retired. Sue enjoyed watching television, and had a love for animals especially her dog Snuggy. Most of all she loved her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
Sue is survived by brother, David Ausra; nephews, David (Michelle) Ausra, Jr. and Mike (Angie) Keene; great-nieces, Camryn Ausra, Bailey Keene, Ellie Keene and Laney Keene; special cousin, Debbie Strom; aunts, Barbara Kazlauskas and Betty Horton; special friend, Sandy Jurgenson; and her dog, Snuggy; Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and JoAnn Ausra; and sister, Kathy Ausra.
