Roberto Guzman's Obituary
Roberto Guzman Ramos, 71, of Bangor, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 1, 1954, Roberto was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, whose kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family left an indelible mark on those who knew him.
Visitation will be at the Filbrandt Chapel, 1076 S. Bailey Avenue, South Haven, Michigan on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 10:00 A.M to 11:30 A.M. The Funeral Mass will be at St. Basil Catholic Church, 513 Monroe Blvd, South Haven, Michigan on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. with Father Evelio Ramirez officiating. Roberto will be laid to rest at Arlington Hills Cemetery in Bangor, Michigan.
Roberto was known for his warm heart, selflessness, and the ability to make people smile. His legacy is not only in the lessons he taught but in the love he gave unconditionally. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
Roberto is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Lázara Gomez Ramos, eight loving children Oscar (Cindy) Ramos, Jorge Ramos, Carlos Ramos, Mario Ramos, Roberto Ramos Jr., Ruby Ramos and her partner Ronaldo Cifuentes, Ricky Ramos and Alfonso Correa. He was also a cherished grandfather to his beloved grandchildren Lucas Ramos, Victoria Ramos, Yovani Ramos, Elias Ramos, Taylor Rose, Santos Ramos, Mario Ramos Jr., Ignacio Ramos, Armani Ramos, Adriana Ramos, Valeria Ramos, Sebastian Ramos, Benji Ramos, Carolina Cifuentes, Obidio Cifuentes, Jorge Ramos Jr., Adan Ramos and Angel Alfonso Correa. He is also survived by his father Jose Salud Ramos Maldonado, one brother Salvador Ramos and three sisters Alicia Ramos, Adela Martinez and Teresa Ramos
Roberto was preceded in death by his mother, Maria del Carmen Guzman, one brother David Ramos Guzman and one sister Alicia Ramos Guzman.
