Pati's Obituary
Pati Jo Foley, 67, a lifelong resident of Dowagiac, passed away unexpectedly on Friday evening, May 17, 2024, at her home.
She was born on May 3, 1957, in Dowagiac, the daughter of the late Johanthan and Ellen Lucille (Heningsmith) Personette. Pati was a 1975 graduate of Dowagiac Union High School.
Pati was the glue that kept the family together. She was the fun midget. She loved her family deeply, especially the babies. Pati enjoyed spending time with her husband riding the golf cart and being outside gardening.
Surviving are her husband – David Foley; step-son – David (Carrie) Foley; step-grandson – Skyler Foley; three sisters – Eva (Lester) Ross, Merri (Brad) Manley, and Donetta Barnes; brother – Terrel “Terry” Personette; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Preceding her in death were her parents; three sisters – Ellen Unger, Gail Ross, and Wilma Rosalie Personette; and four brothers – David, Richard, Chris and Michael Personette.
