Gloria's Obituary

Gloria Lynn (Rozinski) Woodward, 69, of Harrison, MI, took her Savior’s hand Sunday afternoon, 22 May 2022, unexpectedly, in a Midland, MI hospital, after a brief illness. Visitation will be 7 Jun 2022, 5-8pm, at Starks and Menchinger Chapel & Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI 49085. Cremation will take place following the visitation.

She was born 8 Nov 1952 in St. Joseph, MI, the 3rd daughter of Harry and Caroline (Bodjack) Rozinski. She was a 1971 graduate of Lakeshore High School, attended LMC, and had retired from McDonald’s, after working many years as a manager. She enjoyed music, singing and dancing, and doing crafts. She was a pro at taping and slinging mud with drywall. Gloria has had her poetry published by the Great Lakes Poetry Press and included in the 1989 American Anthology of Midwestern Poetry.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Melinda Hayes, of Grand Ledge, and her children, Chloe and Skylar Cantrelle, and Nicholas Hayes; and Anna (Ian) Hatcher, of Lansing, and their daughters, Novella, and Alice; 2 sisters: Kathy (Mike) Phipps, and Jane (Robert) Hierholzer, both of Stevensville; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; step-sons: Jeffery and Paul Woodward; step-daug: Sheri Sigafoose, and their families; special friend: Ann-Marie Taylor and her family; and her little fur-baby: Spunkerdoodle “Spunkie”.

She is preceded in death by her parents; former husband, F.H. Woodward; S.O. Scott Cowell; special friend: Richard Foxworth.
