Frank's Obituary
Frank, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, was born on March 3, 1949, in South Bend, Indiana, to Robert and Mona Maley. A proud graduate of John Adams High School in 1967, Frank pursued a business degree at Indiana University of South Bend.
On August 14, 1971, Frank married his high school sweetheart, Vicki Taylor, beginning a beautiful journey together that spanned over five decades. They built a loving home in the small town of Dowagiac, where they raised three children and created countless cherished memories.
Frank dedicated 36 years to a successful career in finance, but his true passion was his family. He adored his grandchildren and was their biggest fan, rarely missing a sporting event. His unwavering support and enthusiasm inspired everyone around him.
A man of great faith, Frank was an active member of the United Methodist Church of Dowagiac, where he generously gave his time and energy to serve the community. Known for his kind heart, infectious smile, and positive spirit, Frank touched countless lives.
Frank and Vicki shared a love for adventure, traveling together and making 17 memorable trips to Disney World. He was also an avid sports fan, especially of Notre Dame, and his passion for the game was matched only by his dedication to the people he loved.
Frank will be remembered as a man of integrity, kindness, and faith, who brought joy to all who knew him. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will miss him dearly.
Surviving are his three children – Jill (Jeff) Weber, Christopher Maley, and Danial (Sheila) Richmond; six grandchildren – Drew (Natasja) Weber, Colin Weber, Madelyn Weber, Austin Maley, Gable Richmond and Jocelyn Zoey Richmond; great-granddaughter - Lyric Maley; eight brothers and sisters in-law – Linda (Robert) Stouder, Gary (Jan) Taylor, Charlie Taylor, Connie (Rick) Quier, Peggy (John) Jones, Wendy (Curt) Willis, Dennis (Lucia) Taylor, and Pat Guess; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Katherine Yoder.
