Estelle's Obituary
Estelle Ann Banaszak, of South Haven passed away at Bronson Methodist Hospital on October 13, 2024. Born on September 17, 1956 in South Haven to James Edward Martin and Rufina Martin. United in marriage to the late Ernest Banaszak.
Estelle is survived by her daughters; Regina (Fidencio)Salazar Jr., Dawn (Stefan) Markovich Jr., Jennifer Banaszak (Antonio Hernandez) Charity (Michael) Walden, 18 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents and husband of 46 years Ernest, daughter Shelly Gullion, great grandson Oliver Lee Markovich, and siblings; James Martin Jr., Charles Martin and Carol Calkins.
Estelle, met and married Ernest on September 24, 1972 and together they raised five daughters. She was an avid reader, and spent her time crocheting, collecting knickknacks and crossword puzzles. Estelle loved being with her family and grandkids more than anything.
Visitation for Estelle will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Filbrandt Chapel, 1076 S. Bailey Ave, South Haven, Michigan 49090 from 12 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Estelle will be laid to rest at Chambers Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Filbrandt Chapel-Starks Family Funeral Homes and Cremation Services. 269-637-0333.
