Edward's Obituary
Edward G. Warren, longtime resident of Bridgman, Mi, passed away peacefully November 1st, 2024 at Westwoods nursing home in Bridgman.
Edward was born in Saint Joseph, Mi, on January 1, 1940; Edward was preceded to heaven by his beloved wife Margaret Ann Warren (née Winfield). Edward is survived and will be deeply missed by; his son, Scott (Darlene) Warren and his daughter, Dorothy Komula; his brothers, Donald (Joanne) Warren and family, and William (Sharon) Warren and family, his sisters Sally (Stan) Bennet and family, Virginia Eglinsdorfer, and family. He will also be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Gregory, Edward (Crystal), and Jessica Komula and his great grandchildren Gavin and Louise.
Ed served four years as a mechanic in the Air Force, then returned home with his wife, Margaret Ann. He then entered an apprenticeship as a tool and die maker and worked for several tool and die companies over the years. He worked for Corvette Central until he retired. He also loved going to Hesston Steam Museum and volunteering to drive the trains there. His hobbies included steam trains, carpentry, computers and robotics as well as building and flying model planes.
Ed also loved to study and teach the bible and share his faith with others.
Ed leaves behind many friends and family that will miss him dearly.
