Asleep in Jesus in the sure and certain hope of the resurrection, Dorothy E. (neé Reschke) Collins died on January 1, 2023.
A long-time residence of Buchanan, she was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Buchanan. Preceded in death by her husband Martin, she is survived by her children: Ann (Mark) Bender, Donald (Barbara) Collins, and Jerry (Cindy) Collins; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Viewing will be at Swem Chapel, 301 W. Front St., Buchanan, on Thursday, January 5, 4:00-6:00 p.m. The funeral service will be at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 212 W. Front St., Buchanan at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Buchanan.
