Diana J. Schoff (also known as Janey), 63, of Marcellus, passed away on Friday morning, May 31, 2024, at Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo.
Diana was born June 14, 1960, to Edward G. and Donnabelle (Sibley) Schoff in Dowagiac as one of sixteen children. She was a 1979 Decatur High School graduate, who after some college, decided on a different path, leading to a life filled with loving, nurturing, and caring for others especially her babies!
Surviving are four children – Rachel (Jason) Smith, Larry Wright, Donna Wright, and Tasha (Ryan) Frederick; bonus children – Brian (Vicki) Turnbow, Pam (Scott) Wiles, Tim Turnbow, Mike (Debbie) Wright, and Charity Wright; 12 grandchildren - Russell, Autumn, Breeann, Jared, MaKenna, Mike, Lindsey, Jessica, Diana, Mia, Curtis, and Anastasia; 11 great-grandchildren; 13 siblings - Ruth (Tim) Williams, Candy (Jim) Haas, Tina (Terry) Jarvis, Fred (Paula) Schoff, Nancy (Rob) True, Darlene (Mark) Hoekstra, John (Bonnie) Schoff, Brenda (Rick) Janssen, Bill (Lori) Schoff, Pam Townsend, May Milwrick, Sally Lundy, and Donna Reist as well as many other family and friends that will miss her dearly.
Preceding her in death were her parents; bonus son - Kenny Turnbow; 2 grandchildren - Nick & Tiffany; and 2 brothers - Charles Glenn & Edward Levi Schoff.
A service to celebrate Diana's life will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Clark Chapel - Starks Family Funeral Homes, 405 Center St., Dowagiac. Friends may visit with the family from 1pm until the time of services. Interment will follow in South Wayne Cemetery, Dowagiac.
