Diana's Obituary
Diana J. Mirabella, 85, passed away on August 26, 2024 at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo. She was born on October 23, 1938 in Chicago, IL. Her parents were the late Michael and Lillian
(Ziteh) Mirabella.
A Celebration of Life service will take place at the South Haven American Legion on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 1 :00PM. Burial of cremains will take place at Arlington Cemetery in Bangor.
Diana raised six children of which four are surviving, Theresa (George-deceased) Tranker, Christopher (Angie) Silva, Louis (Franny) Silva, and Patty (Roger) Kelley. Two of her children preceded her, Ann Marie Dunn and Michael Silva. She has 16 grandchildren, Lisa (Tom), Michelle (Devon), Matthew (Ashley), Christopher, Daniel, Sean (Janna), Tara (Ken), Kala, Chaz, Amber (Teresa), Travis (Morgan), Dillion (Bryttani), Beau, Roger (Katie), and Krystal. Also surviving are 23 great-grandchildren. One grandson, Beau Silva, preceded in death.
Before retirement, Diana was a proud employee of Bohn Aluminum as a Metallurgist and was a realtor in the South Haven area. She was a member of the American Legion and The Michigan Flywheelers. She enjoyed horses, volunteering, and her family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Filbrandt Chapel of Starks Family Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 269-637-0333.
