Constance Deaner, 92, of Benton Harbor, MI passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00 P.M., Monday, December 18, 2023 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Service, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph with Fr. John Peter Ambrose officiating. Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home. Constance was born March 17, 1931 in St. Joseph, MI Anthony & Angeline (Musso) Megna. She graduated in 1949 from St. John’s High School in Benton Harbor. On April 4, 1951 she married Charles Deaner. Constance worked for All-Phase Electric Supply Co., in the Cash Auditing Department. In her spare-time she enjoyed gardening, crafting, especially making gifts for her family during the holidays.
Constance is survived by her children Scott (Julia) Webb, Charlene (Pat) Beutter, Kimberly Deaner and Jennifer Deaner; grandchildren Charlie Beutter, Tyler Beutter, Tab (Mia) Deaner and Sierra Anstey; great granddaughter Ruth Deaner; sister Marietta Brown and many nieces and nephews.
Constance was preceded in death by her parents, husband, five brothers and three sisters.
