Kenneth's Obituary
Kenneth Freeman Hill, age 66, died December 10, 2019 under hospice care at the Wings Home in Allegan, Mi. Kenny, as he was known to friends, was born in South Haven on July 18, 1953.
For over 45 years Kenny was a proud member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT). In addition to commercial and residential painting Kenny was skilled in the application of protective coatings and special finishes for nuclear power plants including the local D.C. Cook and Palisades plants.
Kenny was an avid sportsman, gun collector and tall tale spinner of some renown! Right up to the end he was entertaining the nurses and staff with stories of his travels and adventures. Kenny died with his arms around his faithful dog J.J.
He is preceded in death by his parents – Herbert and Patricia (McKinnon) Hill.
Kenny is survived by his brother – Ron Hill, and sister – Roberta Beckman,
Private services have been held. It would be nice for friends of Kenny to raise a glass and toast his life. Kenny was a totally unique individual who will be missed by those who loved him. Rest in peace Kenny.
