Andrea Jeannine O'Flynn

Andrea Jeannine O’Flynn, 52, of Covert, Michigan went home to the Lord, Thursday, November 21, 2019 peacefully in her home. She was born February 16, 1967 to Leo Blakemore and Patria O’Flynn in Chicago, Illinois. Andrea graduated from Carver High School in Chicago before attending Davenport College where she obtained her Associates degree in Graphic Arts. In her lifetime, she worked at the Yelton Manor for 25 years and at Subs n More and Pullman Industries before she had to retire for health reasons. She also worked for Sun’n’Sand Resort in South Haven for ten years as a chef. Andrea enjoyed playing cards and eating out with friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Leo Blakemore and granddaughter, She-Nyah O’Flynn.

Andrea is survived by her daughters – She’Vaughn O’Flynn of Covert and Courtney O’Flynn of Battle Creek, mother – Patria O’Flynn of Chicago, Illinois, grandsons – Quintin Goodman and Nathanial O’Flynn and siblings – Antwan, Marion (Phillip), Mark (Debra), Byron, Deverra, Darnell (Patrice), Ronaldo (Nina), Ajika (David), Kisha (Devon), and Leo Jr.

A wake will be held Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Gospel Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church in Covert, Michigan. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. at the church with Pastor Henry Allen, Sr., officiating.
