James's Obituary
James “Larry” Yates, June 5, 1957 to April 14, 2016. He enjoyed fishing, walking, and spending time with his family.
Preceded in death are his mother Katie (Kilburn) Yates and father Zollie Yates, sisters Carol (Davidson) Griffith and Marilyn (Davidson) Wallace, and brother, Michael Yates.
He is survived by his wife Rosemary Yates, step children Tonya Sarmiento, April Scroggins, Nicholas Scroggins, Frankie Scroggines, and Danielle Scroggins; brothers, Gerald Yates of Hartford, Gary Yates of Pullman, Michigan, Bobby Yates of Detroit, Michigan and Buford Yates of Dixon, Tennessee and a sister Theresa (Yates) Jackson of Bradenton, Florida. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and serval nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held by close family and friends.
