Harry Glenn Jackson, 49, of Covert died Saturday, August 2.
He was born March 31, 1959 in Gulf Port, Mississippi to Wayne and Ella Mae (Adams) Jackson. Harry worked on a blueberry farm in Covert. He was a member of Faith Temple of Christ All Nations Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents – Wayne and Ella Mae Jackson.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters– Bishop BR (Carolyn) Jackson and Michael (Judy) Charles Jackson, Linda Ann Howze and Patricia Jackson, Luther Adams, Robert Adams, Linzey Jackson, and Larry (Rose) Jackson. Fiancé – Mary Washington of Covert, Michigan. Three step-Children – Shawn (Cynthia) Patrick Coleman, Laver Lee Coleman and Alfonzo Henry Coleman. Brother and Sister-in-laws – Terry Coleman, Pamela Hampton, Patsy Coleman, Eddie Mae Rogers, John Wesley Coleman and Earl Lee Coleman. Mother-in-law – Mary Francis Brooks. Grandparents – Ella Grace and Harry Adams. Auntie – Lucille Davis. Grandkids - Kirk and Demetrious. A host of nephews, nieces and friends also survive.
Wake will be Wednesday, August 13 from 12:30 – 1:30 at the Faith Temple of Christ All Nations Church in Covert. Funeral services will begin Wednesday at the church at 1:30 P.M. with Pastor Lilly Clark Pearson officiating. Burial will take place at Covert Cemetery.
