Ruth T. Hanlin

Ruth T. Hanlin, age 87, of Buchanan died Wednesday Nov. 13th in her home. She was born January 17, 1926 in Battle Creek, Michigan to the late Ernest and Mabel (Eisenhart) Squires who preceded her in death. On Sept. 1, 1945 in Niles she married Merton Lee Hanlin who preceded her in death July 11, 1997. Three brothers and three sisters also preceded her in death. Ruth is survived by three daughters: Jenny Williams and Sue Ann (Ed) Draper both of Buchanan and April (Bill) Marsh of Galien. Other survivors include seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Private family services will be held at a later date.
