Larry's Obituary
Larry L. Phillipi age 73 of Niles died Tuesday March 3rd at Lakeland Medical Center St. Joseph, Michigan. He was born September 25, 1941 in Three Oaks, Michigan to the late Gerald and Magles Strauss Phillipi. On October 12, 1963 in Germany he married Ursula Wambach who survives. Other survivors include three daughters: Jonie Phillipi of Niles, Jennifer Phillipi of LaPorte, Indiana and Judy (Daniel) Mitchell of Granger, Indiana. Two sisters: Lori (Edward) Blake of Buchanan and Lois Backus of Three Oaks, Michigan along with three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Larry served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1964 He enjoyed the out of doors, hunting, fishing and mushroom hunting.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Swem Chapel was entrusted with arrangements.
