Mildred's Obituary
Mildred “Moe” McGowan, 92, of Buchanan, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018, at West Woods of Niles surrounded by her family.
A celebration of life gathering will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at Swem Chapel, 301 West Front St., Buchanan, MI. Private family burial will take place at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Moe was born on July 22, 1925, to the late Morris “Max” and Jessie (Clark) Blesser. On June 29, 1962, she married Jack R. McGowan. He passed away on November 4, 2010, they were married 48 years. Moe is survived by her children, Michael (Tina) McGowan, John McGowan and Lori (Jim) Sage; grandchildren, Brent McGowan, Tyler McGowan, Tim Weber, Devyn Roberts and Jordan Roberts and several nieces and nephews.
