Pansy ?Pat? Ovik, 72, of St. Joseph passed away Friday, April 02, 2004, at Lakeland Hospital ? St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00am, Monday, April 5, 2004, at St. Joseph First United Methodist Church, 3003 Leco Ct., St. Joseph., with Rev. Wade Panse officiating. Friends may call on the family from 2:00 ? 5:00pm, Sunday, April 4, at Kerley-Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Joseph First United Methodist Church or the Joe-Harbor Vasa Lodge #534. Those wishing to share a memory or sign the guest book online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com Pat was born on March 28, 1932 in St. Joseph, to William and Mary Elizabeth (Falardeau) Cline. She married Rolf Ovik in St. Joseph, on June 24, 1950. Pat worked at the Berrien Teacher Credit Union as a Branch Liaison until 1997. Pat leaves behind her husband of 53 years – Rolf; two daughters ? Vicki (David) Koch of St. Joseph, and Dede (Rick) James of Homer Glen, Ill; two grandchildren ? Bradley and Kari Koch; and a sister Sandy Youngblood of Shelby, Mich., and mother in law Olga Ovik of St. Joseph.
