Dennis Cook

Dennis began his life on January 13, 1966, in Buchanan, MI, the son of Kenneth Wayne & Dellamarie (Smith) Cook.He was a 1985 graduate of Dowagiac Union Schools.Dennis enjoyed attending church, going out junking with his dad, reading, playing Playstation, and collecting matchbox cars. He is survived by his parents, Kenneth & Dellamarie Cook of Dowagiac, his three siblings, Lisa Marie (Wayne) Ottinger, of Dowagiac, William M. (Suzanne) Cook, of Dowagiac, Kenneth J. Cook, of Dowagiac, great uncle Mike (Alice) Cook, of Dowagiac, nieces & nephews, Justin Ottinger, Austin Cook, Nanah Davis, Elizabeth Aranda, and Abigal Cook.Dennis was preceded in death by his sister Brenda M. Cook, in 1992, and nephew Brandon Cook. Dennis passed away in his home, Tuesday, March, 19, 2013, surrounded by his loving family, in Dowagiac. His family will receive friends from 10-12 P.M. on Saturday, March 23 at Keeler Church of God where his funeral service will begin at noon, led by Pastor John Saylor. Dennis will be laid to rest, Monday March 25, 2013, 10 A.M, at Sumnerville Cemetery. Memorials may be made care of the family.
