JOHN R. HEATON, JR. Detroit, MI – John Richard Heaton, JR., 39, of Granger, IN, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, November 18, 2009. A funeral service celebrating his life will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009, at Starks & Menchinger Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI. The visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2009, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. prior to the service. John was born on July 7, 1970, to John and Karen (Golladay) Heaton in Berrien Springs, MI. He loved driving his truck and his Harley-Davidson, but mostly he loved his children. He was also a member of Moose Club. John is survived by his parents, John and Karen of Granger, IN, his son, Aaron Heaton of Bridgman, his daughter, Amber Heaton of Bridgman, his two sisters, Christina (John) Woods of Belverdire, TN and Tammy (David) Bunnell of Sequim, WA. He is also survived by his former wife, Lisa Heaton, three nieces, three nephews and one great nephew.
