Edith P. Fenderbosch, 94, of Temple, Texas, formerly of St. Joseph, passed away at the Cornerstone Nursing Home in Temple, Texas, on Sunday, September 30, 2012. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 5, 2012, at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery, St. Joseph. Friends may visit from 5-7 P.M. Thursday, October 4, 2012, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Scott & White Hospice, 2401 S. 31st St., Temple, Texas. Those wishing to send the family a condolence online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com Edith was born on April 28, 1918, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Walter and Christina (Bermauer) Zwilling. She married Henry T. Fenderbosch on January 11, 1941, in Cleveland. Edith was a homemaker, caring for her family all of her life. Her other passions were gardening, bowling, and playing bridge. Edith is survived by her son Tim (Juanita) Fenderbosch of Stevensville, MI; daughters Gretchen (Charles) Culbert of Harker Heights, TX and Dianne (Robert) Barbrey of Pflugerville, TX; 7 grandchildren Patricia Basso, Charles Culbert, Margaret Cresent, Kevin Spitzform, Craig Child, Tanya Fenderbosch, and Rachel Martini; and 8 great-grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry; a daughter, Linda Camden; three sisters, Olive Carey, Dorothy Miller, and Marie Beech.
