Ronald's Obituary

Ronald Richmond was born on April 19, 1939. He was the 8thchild of 11 from this union of George and Pearl Richmond of Chicago, IL.

Ronald attended Chicago Vocational High School. Ronald married Barbara Maxie and enjoyed 63 years of marriage. Ronald and Barbara were blessed with 4 sons. Throughout his career he worked as a laborer at National Motors, Watervliet Paper Mill, and Life Savers.

Ronald enjoyed helping others in the community by sinking water wells, selling produces, and other odd jobs. Some of Ronald’s hobbies included fishing and gardening,
Ronald enjoyed attending Sunday Services at Lily of the Valley Church, in Covert, MI

Ronald leaves to cherish his memory; his devoted wife Barbara; his sons Anthony (Sally), Sean (Patricia), and Tracy (Guy); 2 sisters, Dorothy White and Patricia Ross; 4 grandchildren, (Rodney, Ronald, Janee’ and Jada), and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Ronald is proceeded in death by his parents George and Pearl Richmond, his son Ronald, brothers, George, Freddie, William, Arthur, Ernest, Albert, Andrew, and sister Lorraine
