Christopher T. Cobb, 65, of Buchanan, formerly Edwardsburg, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at St. Ann Catholic Church, 421 N. Broadway St., Cassopolis. Burial will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Cassopolis. Memorial contributions may be made to The Humane Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to Swem Chapel, Buchanan. Those wishing to send a condolence online may do so at www.swemchapel.com.
Chris was born on July 15, 1956, to Harold and Marilyn (Hauser) Cobb in Dowagiac. He graduated from Edwardsburg High School in 1974. Chris honorably served in the United States Air Force Special Operations Pararescue. Professionally, he worked for fourteen years at Four Winds Casino as a chef. Chris loved cooking and was very accomplished with both cooking, and creating art through food. He was an avid golfer in his younger years and enjoyed hunting with his cousin and brother-in-law.
Chris is survived by his mother, Marilyn Cobb; son, Daniel Cobb and sister, Christine Leitke. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Cobb and brother-in-law, Henry Leitke.
